PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 3–5 business days from the date you place your order for processing. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your items have been shipped.
If you have not received a shipping notification within 7 business days of placing your order, please feel free to contact us at minimortar.info@gmail.com, and we will be happy to provide you with the necessary information.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders may take between 7–15 business days to arrive for products shipped from international fulfilment centres, although they often arrive sooner. Please note that delays may occur during transit or customs clearance, which are unfortunately beyond our control.
If you have not received your order after 4 weeks, please contact us at minimortar.info@gmail.com with your order number. We will contact our suppliers and investigate the matter in order to resolve any potential issues for you.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS DURING TRANSIT
Once your packages leave our supplier’s warehouse, they are handled by the courier companies selected by our suppliers. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the courier during transit. However, if your package does not arrive within our stated delivery timeframe, we will do our best to track and locate it for you. In the worst-case scenario, we may offer a potential refund depending on the situation.
